What is the Beta Stage and what does it mean? Intro Paragraph:

Our History to date Since 1980, we have been successfully teaching different types of Needling Courses (Including: YinYang Needling and Acupuncture) as well as other Natural Therapies, face to face, in our classrooms. Many of our qualified students have gone on to open up their own professional practices as their primary or secondary income, some of whom have treated well over 30,000 patients. 

However, for this YYN course, we have taken one of our traditional classroom courses, and re-built it so that it can be learned completely online. This is a first for us. 

YYN “Closed Pre-Alpha” Trials: The Closed Pre-Alpha Course (not open to the public) for YinYang Needling was taught in 2016-2017 around our kitchen table. Here we practiced teaching it to 8 people, while at the same time gearing all the content towards an online delivery format.

YYN “Alpha” Trials: Then in 2018-19 we taught the “Alpha Course” for YinYang Needling to 40 people: 28 of whom learned about 50% of their lessons in our home classroom, and the rest of their course online; And the other 12 people learnt online. 

People who did this course ranged from 17 to 70 years old. People who were: fishermen, chiropractors, housewives, and business owners - to - school teachers, farmers, acupuncturists, Uber drivers, motorcycle salesmen, nurses, beauticians, community workers, counsellors, and school leavers. The Alpha Course was successfully learned online in places around the world, including: USA, England, Europe, Israel, Canada, South America, Turkey, Bali, Thailand, New Zealand, and here in Australia. By the end of the Alpha Trials, all of our students were able to learn 100% online. 

YYN “Beta” Trials (the current course): 

Then in November 2019, the course moved into “Beta Stage-1” which is completely online. While the entire course has been taught across the duration of our previous trials, it is still far from what we call perfection. During those trials, we learnt, developed and improved our teaching method, and adapted our lessons accordingly. And today, in our current Beta Stage, we are in the process of further improving the course delivery; reshooting content, refining and streamlining the lessons and moving towards our new online learning platform. While the entire course can be successfully learned at this stage, it is in “Early Access Beta.” As with any Beta, it is not a polished or finished product. 

There may be some bugs or processes which require fixes or alterations to our system. And some aspects of the course may change as we move closer towards official release. This is why we offer Beta Access at a greatly reduced price. Our goal is to build/deliver the greatest course we possibly can. And so we invite you to join us during our Beta Stage. 

All students who join during the Beta stage will have an additional 15 months of access to the course on official release. 

So HOW do I join the Beta Stage? If you would like to become a YinYang Needling Practitioner, during the Beta Stage, please: Write an email telling us (in 150 to 300 casual words) WHY it would be a “great idea” to have you as one of our Beta students. And, attach a reference (in .PDF format) from a person who knows you well, stating that they know you to be a person of good character, and that you would make a GREAT healthcare practitioner.
